Tpm has spent the last two months 'recuperating' from a back issue, no dear reader, not a previous blog entry,but simply put, an 'injury' to tpm's back which prevented him doing his daily grind of tramping tablets. However, after various consultations,soul searching deliberations, several cups of the golden brown elixir cure all, Monday 8th April is designated as the day when tpm will once again be seen in the big white van en route to Oswestry, and beyond.

It has proven an invaluable and interesting period for the tpm and his dear lady as it has thrown them together 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for more than just the usual 5 weeks spread out over a year. In view of tpm's impending retirement, the last two months may well have 'strained' life but in fact has produced a good strong blend for the coming years.

In amongst all this, as tpm rapidly reaches entry to the group known as. 'those of a certain age', he has taken the opportunities offered to have most of the 'makings' examined and all has been found so far to meet the required 'taste'.
